How long do BooBoos sets last?

1–2 weeks with glue. 3–7 days with tabs. Custom-fit sets last longest.

Can I reuse a set?

Yes — most sets are good for 2–3 wears with light cleanup between.

What’s “custom”?

Custom is when you bring the idea — specific colors, a reference photo, a design we haven’t made yet — and we hand-finish it to your spec. Same 7-business-day turnaround as anything else.

How long does shipping take?

Every set is made after you order. Plan on 7 business days from checkout to dispatch. Standard shipping is 3–5 business days from there.

Wait — every set is made to order?

Yes. Nothing sits in a drawer waiting. Every set gets your size, shape, length, and any tweaks before it leaves the studio. That’s why it takes 7 days. That’s also why it fits.

Do you offer returns?

Booboos are personal-care items, so all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or wrong, message us within 48 hours and we’ll make it right.

What if my set doesn’t fit?

Use the sizing guide before checkout. If a finger or two is off, message us — we can adjust on a future order.

How do I clean my set between wears?

Wipe with isopropyl alcohol. Let dry. Store flat in the box they came in.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. US shipping only for v1. Get on the email list — we’ll let you know when that changes.

What’s a “drop”?

A small batch release of a new collection. We make limited quantities. When they’re gone, they’re gone (or back in custom, sometimes).

Can I order a matching set for my friend?

Yes. Drop both nail sizes in the order notes at checkout. We’ll do the rest.
