Every BooBoo's set is handmade to order. Nothing is pre-made — we don't start shaping, sizing, or finishing your nails until your order comes in, and every set is built to the size, shape, and length you select.
Because press-on nails are a personal care product that comes into direct contact with your body, and because every set is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. This applies to all orders, including sale items and gift cards.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, as long as production hasn't started. After that, your materials are cut and your set is in progress, and the order can no longer be cancelled or changed.
Need to change your size, shape, or length? Email us within 24 hours and we'll update it if we haven't started.
If something is wrong, we fix it
We inspect every set before it ships. If something slips through, we make it right — no returns required.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@booboosnails.com with your order number and clear photos if:
- Your set arrived damaged or broken
- You received the wrong set
- Nails are missing from your set
- The set doesn't match what you ordered
We'll remake it or refund you — your choice. You do not need to ship anything back to us.
Sizing
Because every set is made to the measurements you provide, please measure carefully before ordering. Every listing links to our sizing guide, and we're happy to help if you're between sizes — just email us before you order.
Sets that don't fit due to incorrect measurements at checkout are not eligible for return or refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Depending on your bank, it may take another 5–10 business days to appear on your statement. Original shipping charges are not refunded.
